What We Guarantee

Within 24 weeks of your system go-live date, your practice will achieve both of the following:

  1. A minimum 50% increase in total Google Business Profile interactions (calls, direction requests, website clicks) over your Day 1 baseline — OR a minimum of 30 total monthly profile interactions, whichever is higher.
  2. Measurable improvement in local search visibility for your 3–5 agreed target keywords as documented at the start of your engagement.

If both targets are not met within 180 days of go-live, I continue running your system, publishing your monthly content, and optimizing your presence at no additional charge until both are achieved. No time cap.


When the Clock Starts

The 24-week guarantee period begins on the date your full system goes live — after your infrastructure install is complete. It does not begin at the time of purchase or onboarding call.


How Your Baseline Is Set

On Day 1 of your engagement, we document your current Google Business Profile Insights covering the prior 90 days. This screenshot becomes your official baseline and cannot be renegotiated. New practices with zero prior interactions will have a minimum floor applied (30 monthly interactions) rather than a percentage target.


Your Target Keywords

At the start of your engagement, we agree on 3–5 geo-targeted keywords specific to your practice and city. These keywords are locked in for the duration of the guarantee period and cannot be swapped for broader or more competitive terms mid-engagement.


What You Must Do to Keep the Guarantee Valid

  • Collect a minimum of 2 new Google reviews per month.
  • Maintain your Google Business Profile in good standing — no suspensions or spam flags caused by actions within your control.
  • Complete all onboarding steps on time. Delays you cause extend the go-live date and the guarantee clock accordingly.
  • Do not make unauthorized changes to your GBP, website, or booking system without approval.


What Is Not Covered

  • Practices in markets with fewer than 10,000 residents
  • Practices that change their service focus, location, or target market mid-engagement
  • Performance impact caused by Google algorithm updates outside our control
  • Practices that discontinue the review collection requirement at any point


Restrictions

This guarantee applies to active Bookings Unlocked clients in good standing. It is non-transferable and applies to one practice location per engagement. Results vary based on market size, competition, and client participation. This guarantee does not imply a specific revenue outcome.
